Architect – Project Manager (m/f/x)

You will be responsible for complex projects of varying sizes within our office, from design to completion. You’ll coordinate the various phases of the projects you’re in charge of, accompanied by a team.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage business processes independently, while initiating strategic actions and supervising the staff involved in the project.
- Analyze and synthesize the regulatory framework specific to each project.
- Ensure financial follow-up and compliance with the allocated budget.
- Draw up the schedule and oversee the execution of the project.
- Liaise with project owners, design offices, contractors and public authorities to coordinate the project and conduct negotiations.
- Design and draw up working drawings and construction details.
- Draw up specifications and corresponding bills of quantities.
- Supervise the worksite and ensure technical coordination of execution.
Your profile:
- Degree in architecture (BAC +5)
- Significant experience in an architectural office of at least 5 years in execution, drawing up specifications and site supervision.
- Perfect command of ArchiCad and MS Office suite (essential), command of REVIT would be an asset
- Perfect command of French, German would be an asset
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Thoroughness, self-reliance, sense of service and teamwork, willingness to learn and develop continuously
